Gossip Girl Sexual Threesome Promo: Parents Television Council Campaigns Against Show

A new promo for an upcoming Gossip Girl episode scheduled for Nov. 9. plugs three as yet to be identified main characters engaged in a sexual threesome. The Parents Television Council, which describes itself as a nonpartisan education group advocating responsible entertainment, has urged affiliates of The CW Network to pre-empt the show. Teased in an ad as a “3SOME,” the teen tryst would be “reckless and irresponsible” to put on air said PTC president Tim Winter in a statement Wednesday.
