• First, stand with your feet together.
• Next, bend your knees and place your hands outside your feet. Make sure your fingertips are in line with the tips of your toes.
• Stretch your left leg back and let your left knee fall to the ground. Keep your right knee between your hands, directly above your right ankle. Look up.
• Switch legs and stretch your other side.Why it’s healthy:
• This pose promotes elasticity of your thighs and spine.
