Sí TV is America’s first media company to reach the millions of 18-34-year-old Latinos who prefer their content in English and seek compelling content on TV and via the Internet, video-on-demand and wireless devices. Sí TV offers authentic, relevant content and a 70% original programming slate that ranges from comedy and lifestyle to reality, extreme sports and independent movies.
Sí TV’S ROOTS
Founded in 1997 by writer/producer Jeff Valdez and entrepreneur Bruce Barshop, Sí TV established itself as a production company, producing and distributing original English-language programs for Latinos. In 2004, the Sí TV cable network launched as the first to provide entertainment for American Latinos in English.
Over the years, Sí TV has aired Café Ole with Giselle Fernandez, stand-up comedy showcases Funny is Funny! and Latino Laugh Festival, and Nickelodeon’s critically acclaimed family comedy The Brother’s Garcia, which made television history as the first English-language sitcom with an all-Latino cast and creative team of writers, directors and producers.
Today, Sí TV delivers 70% original programming to more than 18 million homes and online users, including the first ever Latina modeling competition series, Model Latina, and the fanatic-inspired show Fandemonium.
THE Sí TV MISSION
Sí TV aspires to be the dominant lifestyle entertainment brand for American Latinos 18-34 by creating content that engages, inspires and entertains our diverse viewers.
