As we previously mentioned, Discovery hired us to produce some short-form videos as interstitial programming for Planet Green. Hosted by TreeHugger founder Graham Hill, we took to the rooftops of Manhattan to see how New York City honey with made in the hives of urban Beekeeper David Graves.
We grabbed the Panasonic HVX and headed over to the industrial kitchen on Manhattan’s west side where sustainable chef and caterer Louisa Shafia was preparing the victuals for this year’s CitySol festival at Solar1. Full story over at Susty.
